The staff where really friendly. Make sure you go and visit Hotel Gasthof Mitteregger, placed near to the apartment. In the proximity to familienberg maiskogel.

Paletti pizza bar was walking distance to the apartment, so we could reach it fast. A 10-minute walk to schaufelberg. The accommodation has met the purpose...

I stayed in the big chalet (6 persons) and to tell you the truth it was an unforgettable wonderful experience. The design is superior, cleanliness is amazing, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The family who is running this facility is wonderful! They just want to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I do wish to come back to this piece of comfort for a much longer stay next time!

Amazingly wonderful owners/staff, new, clean, tasteful, well equipped, everything done with thought and experience. You can see that the owners have used their own traveling experience and applied it in their establishment.

The Chalet accomodation was very clean and spacious, finished to a very high standard. The location is percect, in the centre of Kaprun, walking distance to the park, swimming pool, bars, shops and restaurants. We went skiing up Kristeinhorn, a few minutes by car, although we could have arrived by a free bus which leaves very close to the Chalet. The Robinson family could not do enough for us and I thoroughly recommend Dorfchalets Kaprun.

The chalets managed by very nice and helpful family. I had long trip to several Europe countries during may vacation, and Dorfchalets was the best accommodation during this trip and will be my first choice if I plan to go to Zell am see in the future.

Nothing everything was excellent

the staff were very friendly and helpful from arrival, nothing was too much bother for them. The chalet was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Although we only stayed 1 night we will definately be back again for a longer stay later in the year.

Easy/quick to get to the slopes, comfortable rooms, modern, walking-distance to restaurants/town of Kaprun, quiet location, very nice countryside walks from there with splendid views over valley and mountains, very well equipped (great wood burning oven and great kitchen, even with coffee filters and dishwasher tabs, salt and pepper; blow dryer in the bathroom, washer and dryer available for a small fee); private wellness area upon reservation for a small fee, very nice; breakfast or roll service reasonably priced and convenient. The four chalets are clustered around the main building, in which the owners live.

Whoever is looking for pure countryside will not like the location, which is still in the town part, but a short walk will get you to the countryside with wonderful views in no time, and from our chalet pic nic table we could overlook the valley/mountains too. A room service once or twice during the week would have been nice, but per owner that can easily be arranged for a fee. Next time we'd book that!

We loved every moment at Dorfchalets. The region is so big and we found it a good central place to do a lot of walks and see the major sites, such as driving the Alpine Road. The village of Kaprun is cute and has all you need, if you want more of a buzz you can zip up to Zell am See in under 10mins. The hosts were lovely and helpful and our apartment was clean and had all we needed. The spa passes were a luxury, we used them every night and loved the spas with their view of the glacier. Good wifi and comfy beds (which recline up to make a sort of lounge!). We are already trying to plan our next visit, hopefully in winter! A good find!

We loved everything, one tiny suggestion though. It would be good if the 'apartment' had a little area to sit outside, even just two little chairs with a small table on the grass. Then guests will be able to eat outside (the view is too nice to sit inside and eat during the summer months!).
